www.mytubs.com want to deliver the best customer experience to you from product selection to receipt of your tub at your home. To achieve this, we have selected freight providers that use vehicles  fitted with tail gate lifts to make delivery easier.

www.mytubs.com will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment after your order leaves our facility. We have a number of shipment companies who we use to deliver your product and based on your address we will select the most suitable company to deliver in your area.


Shipping Tips

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged shipment, we advise that you do the following:

·         Do not sign for or accept delivery of any packages that are visibly damaged without inspecting the contents.  This is to ensure that your Tub is also not damaged. We package your Tub to protect it during shipment, but excessive damage to the box, may also damage your tub, so we advise caution.

·         If the merchandise is damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately at service@mytubs.com  or contact 512 971 4154 to allow us to fix the issue.
